Gorgeous, natural, festival-themed wedding photography at Church Farm, Wirral

I've put together a Wirral wedding photography hub, for more Wirral wedding inspiration.

25th July 2024

I had the pleasure of capturing the beautiful wedding of Kelly and Mae at Church Farm, nestled in the picturesque Thurstaston on the Wirral. It was a delightful wedding celebration filled with laughter and joy, as I photographed their friends and family who gathered to share in their special day. The couple brought along their beloved Labrador, adding an extra touch of warmth to the festivities. The atmosphere was lively, with a blow-up pub set up for guests to enjoy drinks and socialize, while a bouncy castle kept the kids entertained, creating a fun and vibrant environment for me to photograph their wedding.

As a Church Farm wedding photographer and Liverpool wedding photographer, I loved making the most of the stunning views overlooking the River Dee. The scenery provided a breathtaking backdrop for their wedding, enhancing the charm of the farm setting. As their wedding day unfolded, the presence of friendly farm animals added to the rustic ambiance, making it a truly memorable occasion. Every moment was filled with happiness, and I was thrilled to document the love and joy that surrounded Kelly and Mae as they celebrated their union in such a beautiful location.

As a wedding photographer in Liverpool, I get to photograph weddings at so many different types of venues. Church Farm in Thurstaston was truly unique, and I can’t wait to go back to photograph even more weddings.

What did Kelly and Mae say about their wedding photography experience?

"Gemma did an amazing job at our wedding in July, we really wanted very natural looking photos of people having a great time and the end result was beautiful! Gemma has managed to capture some truly gorgeous photos, both posed and candid, from our wedding. She is also a lovely person and it was a pleasure to have her there on the day! Thank you for helping to make our day so special xx"
