The booking process of your wedding photographer is an important process that you need to consider. I pride myself on my customer service and always respond to messages straight away. I like to keep your experience leading up to your big day as stress-free as possible with minimal hassle.
So what will happen when you initially contact me about your wedding photography?
When you first reach out to me via email, my contact form or social media I'l. double check if I'm available to shoot your big day. If I am I'll send you over some relevant information for you to have a quick glance through, and my 22 page wedding photography brochure (which you can get access to now, via my wedding photography brochure link). I will also send you a link to book a phone call, at a time convenient for yourselves, to have a chat about your big day, should you wish to. But if you already know we will be the perfect fit, then simply reply to my email stating that you'd like to book me.

We want to book you as our wedding photographer - what happens next?
Once you've let me now that you'd definitely like to make a booking, I will send you an email with a link to book. When you click this, you will be able to select your chosen wedding photography package, read and sign my contract and then pay your 15% deposit. Everything is done online, so it is really straightforward. You will then be officially booked in!
All my couples have access to their own private wedding photography portal
Once you have signed my wedding photography contract and paid your deposit, I will send you a link and password for you wedding photography portal. Here, you can access your invoice, see any forms you need to fill in (don't worry there are only three on the lead up to your wedding and they will take you up to 10 minutes to fill in - like I say stress-free all the way), plus you will be able to easily see our emails without having to scroll through your inbox.
How and when do we have to pay our outstanding balance for our wedding photography package?
I will send you a reminder two months before your big day, to let you know that your outstanding wedding photography balance is now due. To pay, you simply access the invoice in your portal, enter your card details (just like when paying your deposit), and that's it, all done and paid for!

Alternatively, you can set up payments yourself if you'd like to pay in instalments. Again, this is all done simply via your wedding photography portal. As long as your balance is fully paid two months before your big day, then you can pay whenever you want - in instalments or in full - it's entirely up to yourselves. Like I say, my aim is to keep the booking process as stress-free as possible.
Your wedding photography Zoom meeting
Four weeks before your big day, I'll drop you an email with a link to my calendar so that you can automatically book a time for your Zoom meeting with me. I'll send you a form for you to fill in the main times of the different parts of your wedding day beforehand, and then when we meet on Zoom we can go through those times, have a chat about your vision for your day and what you are hoping for from myself in terms of wedding photography. It's all very relaxed, and takes up to half an hour.

Shortly after our Zoom meeting, I'll send you a form to fill in for any organised group photos that you'd like (this is just tick boxes). I'll have this with me on your day, to make organising your wedding guests really efficient.
24 hours before your big day!
I'll drop you a quick email the day before your wedding to simply check-in and say that I'll see you tomorrow. Depending on the wedding photography package you have chosen, I may arrive up to two hours before your ceremony, and stay until shortly after your first dance (or 9pm, whichever comes first)
What happens after our big day? Sneak peeks, wedding gallery, online shopping!
Newlyweds can't wait to see their wedding photographs, so I always make sure I send a select few shortly after their special day. Your remaining photos will normally be with you in approximately 4-6 weeks. Everything is done digitally. I will send you a link to your beautiful wedding photo gallery with all of your photos edited in my style. Here, you can share the photos with family and friends, download hi-res versions of your images, and even access your own personalised online store where you can puchase any prints you may like, albums, canvases and much more.
