What a scorcher of a wedding day!
I had a fantastic time photographing Lindsey and Jamie's wedding at Brook Hall Hotel in Childer Thornton on the Wirral. It was 29 degrees, we were all melting, but I managed to get some fantastic shots of the pair. Their ceremony was held outdoors, with Brook Hall making a perfect backdrop for their photos.
Shortly after their ceremony, we headed over to the pond area which has a lovely little bridge stretching across it for some pictures. There was an abundance of grassy areas, plants, a water feature at the front of the hotel, all of which were amazing for their photos.
Later on in the evening the pair danced away under twinkling fairy lights. All of their family and friends were getting involved on the dance floor, and really getting into the spirit of celebrating.

How did Lindsey and Jamie find their wedding photography experience?
"We had our wedding June 2025 and Gemma was fabulous! We got sooo many pictures back and they're amazing! I thought of a few potential extra pictures and she was kind enough to check back through and found even more gorgeous pictures! And if she asks if she's alright filming behind the scenes, say yes! The video of our confetti cannon fail makes me laugh everytime, and she even saved the day with another behind the scenes video when our video failed! Couldn't thank her enough!"
