Katie and Alex’s winter wedding at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel was full of laughter, love, and those little moments that make a day unforgettable. Despite February’s bare trees and limited greenery, the venue’s grounds still offered some beautiful backdrops. One of my favourite shots was on the wooden bridge over the pond, with the willow tree nearby adding a soft, natural frame.
Inside, the grand staircase provided an elegant setting, and I loved taking photos from the top with the chandelier in the foreground - classic, cinematic vibes. The ceremony space was adorned with delicate, dangling white flowers, which created a dreamy, romantic atmosphere and made capturing those quiet moments between Katie and Alex so easy.
I focused on the natural, candid interactions that truly tell a wedding story: the couple’s joyful glances, the laughter during speeches, and all the moments in between that are easy to forget but mean so much. Katie and Alex were relaxed and happy to let the day unfold naturally, which made my job even more fun.
